I used this deck to play byes during the tournament, so at least they'd have a chance to play. The basic strategy is to mutually annihilate ships, leaving me with a slight excess of ships, and to use those ships to lightly hold regions. While apparently short on news, the starbase structures mostly act like news. The endgame consists of playing either Sebiestor's or SCC Global, using money plus kamikaze for the win. The income curve is good, I usually maintain ship superiority, and Sebiestor's plus kamikaze is very strong. This is not my main deck.
