I was wondering though - does it make more sense to a) run a tournament at the con (with everyone paying to get in) or b) maybe organize a tournament separately in December and just advertise that at the con? In the case of b) it could even be on Sun 2nd Dec (the day after the con)? Thoughts anyone?

I personally think its a good idea to do it at the con, that way we could maybe generate a little more interest in it.
