Re:Caldari Meth Deck - 2006/10/31 13:39I like it a lot. It's very similar to the Caldari Blitz deck we use for testing. In particular, I think having the Blackbird in there wins games by laughing at your opponent's defense.
Personally, I'd drop some locations for more copies of IaaC and Glitch. Two of the best news in the game, imo.
Also, I prefer Merlins to Vigils; they're cheap enough to still come out fast, and they provide a *lot* of muscle to the deck, and staying power if things don't go to plan as early as you'd expect.
Another version of this deck we use is slightly (very slightly) slower but is a lot more scary to face and has huge amounts more lastability. It runs something like:
4x Merlin 4x Blackbird 4x Coercer 3x Cormorant
And the rest of the deck is similar to the blitz deck.

I dropped my locations to 10
4x Veldspar 4x Sansha's Scout Outpost 2x Omber
Dropped 2 of my slashers added 4x Mind Control
That's about how I played it, but used the side Bar for a couple of changes throughout the day. All in all, was pretty happy with it, but this type of blitz has serious problems if you don't end the game early! Luckily it ended most games early.Blatherskite Caldari Propagandist
