Sortable Card List - 2007/03/11 12:45 Could the cards open in new window when you clic one or be more "browsing friendly"?

I have tryed it on two internet browsers (Opera and IE) and both are unable to open card images in new window.
This makes the process of looking up the cards much slower and inconvenient.

Re:Sortable Card List - 2007/03/11 14:58 Guess I have to give it a try. Have been thinking about it for some time alread.
Opera which I am accustomed to seems to have problems more often than other "alternative" browsers.

Thak you for the help.

I'm using Firefox and it isn't unfortunately so as you described. It will be great if the card details opened is a popupwindow. Also it would be great if card details could be linked while, for example, writing a post in the forums the same way as they are linked to in articles - feature similar to autocard on magicthegathering.com forums - it makes the post easier to understand by being able to look up a card you're not familiar with. Well just my thoughts

Re:Sortable Card List - 2007/03/12 00:42 I also use firefox and have never seen a popup.

Even if after doing a search you could use the right click open in new tab/window functionality it would be good.

And being to put the query into the url to let us link to them in forum discussions/articles as already said.

Re:Sortable Card List - 2007/03/12 09:07 Yeah. It's really unfortunate that the card list/search is so slow and restricted.

I've started to use eve-foiled for card lookups because of that...

The problem is that the link from the table view to the cards details is some strange javascript function. So for one there's no way in opening the details in a new tab or window and if you've disabled javascript you're screwed...

I guess the point is to make official site as good as possible, not using another site instead
