The administrator has disabled public write access.
I just checked it with firebug enabled (tried your profile) - overall loading time 9.55sec, this is really damn slow.
some stuff that really takes long to load: * style1.css (13kb): 813ms * overlib_anchor_mini.js (7kb): 922ms
and mostly the pics, even really small ones almost always take at least 1sec to load, is there anything else running on this server? Don't think this happens because of webserver load, seems some other stuff is running in the background or it is a really slow machine.
I also tried "Home" - the starting page - with the same result, the css style is really slow and even gifs with just a few byte in size take more than 2 seconds to load.
Don't think it's the profile only, the profile just uses a load of small pictures and also more javascript then the other pages it seems.

edit: played around with javascript disabled a bit and the profile loads much faster (less than 3sec, compared to more than 7sec I got as a best result with js enabled). Might be a problem from the Content Management System they are using (Joomla), as the js file is from that System (actually quite funny to read the comments in there: e.g. "// <?php !! This fools phpdocumentor into parsing this file"
