Eve Demo Indianapolis - 2006/11/04 23:56I will be hosting an Eve demo event at Downtown Comics Northside (near 86th and Allisonville) next saturday, November 11th at 1pm until everyone leaves. Well, perhaps it would be more proper to say that Downtown Comics will be hosting a demo event with special guest ruleslawyer Anders Chydenius. Either way, show up to learn, show up to help, show up to school some noobs, show up to play against my deck, the greatest* Amarr deck of all time, just show up and support Eve:TSG!
Also I'm sure I'll be evangelizing EVEMon some more, so if you're an eve-o player and want to chit chat about EVEMon, you know where to be. Perhaps we'll have a cold one at the Fox adn Hound across the highway afterward.
See you there!
*not even close. it's total rubbish.

My condolences.
Has anyone seen EveCCG ads anywhere in the mainstream gaming community btw? I don't keep up with the trade magazines...-Ryuteki, Owner of the Rules! We're playing Monday evenings in IL, see www.games-plus.com for the address or email me at ryuteki AT gmail DOT com.

Re:Eve Demo Indianapolis - 2006/11/13 21:35We've had ads and a bit of coverage in Scrye and Inquest, as well as some of the European mags (sorry, haven't read these myself). After the announcement of the merger, I know both Mana Rogue and Scrye are going to give us some more love. Don't have hard facts about the other mags, but I'm sure they'll say something.
Just drop me an email or hit me up on IRC, schubi. We can talk about what I have to offer.

Are there any other good event locations for northern Indianapolis other than Downtown Comics? The proximity to a pub was a good idea.
