The idea behind this deck wasnt anything out-of the-ordinary: Milk the frigate rush for all it's worth (while we still can ), so Caldari were the obvious choice.
Shipyards and Info were to churn out cheapy ships, all the while turtling behind Metropolis until the blitz-fleet's big enough. The destroyers were for a big knock-out punch.
Income was designed around controling Metropolis (Badgers and ITP), the other regions were nothing special - Sansha's was just in case of a drawn-out stalemate, Insmother as a low-maintenance add-on.
News looks a bit weird but i only had one Martial Law, so Black Market's in there to go diggin (sack a Condor or Info...). Outmaneuvered is for anti-ambush and general control / head-melting, but can also be BM'd for a Veldspar or Mind Control.
Sideboard was just a bit of a suck-it-and-see mixed bag - just try and prevent things that will kill a rush-deck like hand choke (RRF) and poor card advantage (FIM), as well as packing spares and Big Guns.

All in all I'm well happy about how this deck performed*, and it seemed to hold its own mostly, but i think with luckier draws for my opponents this deck would have taken a serious kicking.

*actually im ecstatic... who wouldnt be??!!
