Re:Rewards for Agents at conventions - 2007/02/12 15:52The phone number isn't just for my personal use, it's also for packages I have to send outside the US and Canada. FedEx doesn't like shipping packages internationally without a phone number attached to the destination.
As for a time frame on the database, I can only tell you that it's finally being given the attention it deserves. I had several meetings with our Chief Officer of Operations last week, and we sorted out the time and manpower needed to get this vital support feature in place. I've also been given permission to light people on fire should a delay of this magnitude ever happen again, so I think we'll be getting results sooner rather than later. Reminds me of that IGN video I once saw about EVE-Online were they visited CCP. The Testing Department showed them their LART for the Developers but mentioned that the end was missing. Then the Developers showed them the cut-off end of the LART...
