Caldari Frig Swarm Deck - 2006/10/30 00:58Used this recently against a friend's Kamikaze deck, in defensive setups it's king if he has alot of kamikaze's to try and hit my base. Plus if Lucky I can get the firepower to kill his base in almost no time.

This part seems a bit hit and miss.
A frig swarm deck that can run it should be running 4x Shipyard, no question. It's amazing.
1x Surveillance, 1x Info, 1x Breach? Why are you only running one of each - what do they achieve? In a deck like this where you will burn your hand off so easily by laying down large amounts of small ships, 4x Info is a godsend.
2x Warp Disrupt Field - these really dont fit with the deck.
You mention going 'defensive against Kamikaze' - how exactly do you do it? I dont see any way of you stopping a Kamikaze attack working, only delaying it with the odd extra shields.

Re:Caldari Frig Swarm Deck - 2006/10/30 06:20I have to agree with Calmdown. 4x Advanced is a must. Ihave a similar deck build. Omber + Advanced shipyard = 4 ships turn 3 or 4 = game over. Drop evrything that doesn't help to achieve the "blitz" your looking for. Ibis should really go...if you have to use its dock ability than things are probably already going bad for you. Also, the best way to play against a kamikazi deck is to make it play defensive...attack it often. Ships with the warp jam (can't withdraw) come in useful for assainating little kamikazi ships.Blatherskite Caldari Propagandist

No worries, sooner or later you will have the cards to make it perfect. (I don't have 4 shipyards neither, even miss a common after 3 displays.)
