Specificaly, I feel Minmatar and Amarr are the most viable and easiest to achieve, with the Minmatar having some very nice cards and tech to help achieve absolute card/isk/ship denial.
I wonder what he has to say about Eve Gate and Archaeology Site conditions and deck tech to achieve them best.

Amarr is probably the easiest (especially with Juggernaut/Mind Clash) and the Minmatar one is great because in doing what you need to do for it, you leave the way open for you to end up simply killing your opponent.

However, I've not yet managed an alt win deck that is effective enough for me to say I'd ever play it seriously over a military oriented deck, to be honest.

Without spoiling any surprises for Part Deux, the tech for the Archaeological Site is essentially a padded-out version of whats found in this thread. The EVE gate stuff reiterates Calm's points on synergy in his Deckbuilding Basics article, but there's a few other nice snippets in there too (if I do say so myself )...

I agree that the Tower Alt win decks aren't really viable or robust, but they can form an effective "Plan B".

And i couldnt think of anything else decent to write about TBH

All it takes is Slavedogs Stowaways and Sansha's nation to completely shut down your opponent.

Will throw deck list and discussion up in the appropriate deck forums later.
I really think that one can work really well.
