The only one I could find is "Exiled from the Empire" and with a cost of 5, being Amarr only and requiring you to catch the character when it is played that makes it nearly worthless for that goal.
I think there should be a way to fight characters. Any other card type has anti-cards. Pilots can sometimes be destroyed along with their ships but agents, once played are completely immune.
