Mind control, ship computer glitch, stubborn mechanics, Information at a Cost....All really good, and some (Me!) would say a must have for a Caldari deck. Security Breach and Faulty Implant are less important in this style of deck (see Calmdown's post on a Caldari military discard deck for more info)
You'll probable have to tone your Starbase structures down, and ditch Labor Quarters, Center of astrogeology. It's not that these are bad cards...they just need to be in a specific deck built for there uses. Advanced ship yard is the bomb
With your ships you'll just have to play and see what you like. Condor works well with Advanced ship yard. You'll find that Caldari has lots of 3ISK costing ships that get real cheap with the Ship Yard
I would try to limit your locations to ones you can play anywhere, not just outer regions. Omber is one I like if i'm going to be mining. Also I would maybe increase your number of locations to about 12 until you get a feel for the game. Calmdown wrote a nice article about deck building that you should check out.
Lastly...get your deck down to 52 cards...it will make it more consistant. Hope that helpsBlatherskite Caldari Propagandist
