The theory is the locations provide starting income and get subsidized out and start skipping income to draw 2 cards, a well placed insurance fraud can generate enof income for almost 5 turns as well. Wish I had more than 1 of them.
Anyways the deck has been sent to the scrapheap. I think my new one is much more versitle, I just need a chance to try it out.
