If I have two Badgers trading during my draw phase, do I get to draw two extra cards and then put two on the top of my market?

No. Both abilities go on the pile and you must finish resolving one after the other. You draw a card, then put a card back on top of your market, then draw that same card again and put a card back on top of your market.
