No. All battle oriented commands are purely defensive. You have to deactivate your ship's commands when it warps into another region and when that region is enemy controlled, the ship cannot use its abilities, activate its commands or warp again that turn.
Not exactly. The rules state that once you warp a ship into an enemy region, that ship cannot use it's commands and abilities during this management phase. The battle phase isn't a part of the management phase, so you can use your abilities when the battle acutally starts. Since commands can only be activated during your management phase, you will not be able to use your commaneds.

Yes, but the rule states that an attacking ship cannot use its abilities or activate its commands, so why is it okay to use Kamikaze, sensor dampen, etc.

Command abilities are abilities that are accompanied by a corresponding yellow tab on the side of the card.
Kamikaze is not a command ability and therefore it can be used when attacking.

What about bold type abilities like Kamakazi? Can you use these abilities when you attack? Or is that rule absolute?
