Given that Second Genesis was spawned by an online game, it was inevitable that it would eventually return to the electronic medium. The fact that the playerbase is spread across so much of the globe just hastened the process.

While an EVE-specific program is planned for some time in the future, several players took it upon themselves to hijack the Magic tabletop program, OCTGN, and convert it to suit our purpose. Using scans of each of the 240 cards from the Core Set, they created a virtual pool of cards, and bent the program’s rules to make Second Genesis easily playable.
